Since 1939, the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Chicago, Illinois, has been a forum for passionate food science professionals and technologists where industry leaders can collaborate, learn and contribute. IFT FIRST 2022 is the leading annual food exhibition in the USA which returned this year to in-person format after COVID’s restrictions. IFT FIRST 2022 took place from 10 to 13 July 2022 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Over 700 exhibitors presented there to demonstrate, educate and sample the best in trending ingredients, machinery, food, and food science intelligence.
This year, Interstarch USA, Inc., the subsidiary of Interstarch GmbH, presented our products at IFT FIRST 2022 – native and modified starches, vital wheat gluten, and ingredients for Gluten-free products manufacture.
Due to participation in IFT FIRST 2022, our company has expanded its presence in new markets and gained new partnerships in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and other countries. In addition, this exhibition has once again become a perfect platform for communication and meetings with our existing partners.
