We are looking for a
Chemical Engineer (m/f/d) / Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality control of incoming, intermediate and finished products (solids, moisture, ash content, sieve analysis; protein, starch and fat determination; microbiological analyses; gluten and mycotxin determination; wet gluten content, falling number and rheometry)
Sampling of intermediate and final products
Preparation of certificates of analysis
Support of the team management
Documentation maintenance / test equipment monitoring
Introduction of new methods
Statistical data processing
What you need:
Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, dairy laboratory technician, food technology specialist or similar
Interest in professional development
Reliable, conscientious and independent way of working
High level of commitment, initiative and ability to work in a team
Willingness to work shifts (early shift from 6 a.m. / late shift until 6 p.m.) and on Saturday (approx. every 3rd week)
