full-time (40 hours per week)
Duties and responsibilities:
Carrying out analyses on plant reliability and availability, to increase operating efficiency and minimise downtime
Together with the project team: evaluate and select equipment and technologies for new projects, taking into account operational requirements.
Preparation of cost calculations for equipment procurement, maintenance and repair
Validation and implementation of maintenance plans in cooperation with the maintenance team, to optimise the lifetime of the equipment
Continuous monitoring and analysis of the performance of the plants in cooperation with production and process engineering in order to identify and eliminate potential bottlenecks or problems at an early stage
Cross-divisional cooperation to evaluate technical requirements and develop suitable solutions
What you need:
Degree in engineering in the field of process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related discipline
Work experience in a similar position is an advantage, ideally in the starch, sugar or grain processing industry
Sound knowledge in the area of plant reliability and availability
Experience in the analysis of equipment and technologies as well as in cost compilation
Good knowledge of project work and cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
High level of problem-solving competence and strong analytical thinking skills
Good communication and presentation skills in German, English and ideally Ukrainian
