Interstarch at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025
From 4–6 November 2025, Interstarch took part in Gulfood Manufacturing, the leading regional exhibition for food production and processing, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Our team was proud to join the German pavilion, where we showcased our wheat-based product range — including native and modified wheat starches, vital wheat gluten, and gluten-free starch solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of modern food manufacturing.
The 2025 edition of Gulfood Manufacturing was exceptionally vibrant and dynamic, bringing together tens of thousands of professional visitors and over 2,500 exhibitors from 79 countries. We had the opportunity to meet numerous producers of finished food products — from bakery and confectionery to snacks and sauces — for which our ingredients are a perfect fit.
It was a great platform to exchange expertise, explore new business opportunities, and demonstrate how Interstarch ingredients can enhance texture, functionality, and quality in various food applications.
