We, Interstarch GmbH, are a German company in the starch industry, part of a high-performing Ukrainian group of companies with extensive sector expertise. Under our AllStarch brand, we have established in developing specialised applications based on native and modified starches. With our gluten and starch products, we serve not only standard markets but, above all, niche markets in the paper and food industries. Production at our factory in Alttröglitz (Zeitz Industrial Park) is carried out using wheat from regional growing areas in central Germany. This means we are firmly rooted in the rural region of the ‘Three-Country Corner’ (Saxony-Anhalt / Saxony / Thuringia) and contribute to strengthening the local economy.
Our daily work relies on personal interaction. Good cooperation and a strong team do not develop behind a screen, but only working directly togehter. We believe in person-to-person interaction: decisions are made directly, challenges are tackled together, and new colleagues quickly become part of our team.
