Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) in shift work
Are you passionate about technical processes and do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting to work? Do you have a solid command of German (at least B2 level)? Then join our well-coordinated team in starch production and help us ensure that production runs smoothly.
What to expect from us:
- Taking on Responsibility: You will control and monitor production processes via a central process control system
- Diverse tasks that alternate between control duties in the control room and hands-on work directly within the plant complex
- Pitching in on-site: You will take samples and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks within the plant complex
- Teamwork: You’ll work in a 12-hour shift system (day-night) as part of a dedicated team you can rely on

- A strong interest in technology and a solid understanding of machinery and production processes
- Practical hands-on skills and a willingness to perform physically demanding work when required
- A willingness to learn: You enjoy acquiring new knowledge and actively share your experience with your colleagues
