Management Assistant (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services

full-time / part-time

Your Day-to-Day Work with Us:

  • You ensure our products are shipped safely—whether to Berlin, Buenos Aires, or Bangkok.
  • You handle the necessary shipping and customs documents.
  • You keep track of deadlines, delivery notes, export declarations, and more.
  • You serve as the point of contact for freight forwarders and customers.

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Initial experience in international trade (export/import)
  • Solid knowledge of international freight terms and customs regulations
  • Very good German and English skills—including the ability to make small talk with customs officials
  • Proficient in using common computer software (Office suite); knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • You are organized, a good communicator, and enjoy working as part of a team
