Interstarch brings its functional ingredients to IBIE 2025

Interstarch had the opportunity to participate in IBIE 2025 — the leading trade fair for the baking industry — held from September 14 to 17 in Las Vegas, USA.

Held every three years, IBIE is the premier baking industry trade show in the Western Hemisphere, bringing together leading companies, suppliers, and professionals from across the globe. The event serves as a major platform for networking and exploring advancements in grain-based food production.

This year, the exhibition attracted thousands of participants representing the bakery, confectionery, and snack sectors. As a long-time exhibitor at the European iba trade fair, Interstarch was excited to extend its reach and strengthen its presence in the North American market by participating in IBIE 2025.

During the exhibition, we showcased our versatile range of functional ingredients, developed to meet the evolving needs of modern food production. Our product lineup included vital wheat gluten, native and modified starches, gluten-free solutions. These ingredients offer reliable performance and consistency for manufacturers seeking to improve texture, structure, and overall quality in baked goods, snacks, and confectionery products.
