Interstarch Showcased Its Solutions at Food Ingredients Europe 2025 in Paris
The Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) 2025 exhibition, held on December 2–4 in Paris, became an important platform for Interstarch to present its ingredient solutions to a global audience of industry professionals. As one of the key European events in the food ingredients sector, FiE brought together innovators, manufacturers, and technical experts looking for advanced solutions for food and feed applications.
This year’s edition showcased the directions shaping the industry’s development in 2025: ingredients that support health and specialized nutrition, high-quality plant-based alternatives, clean-label and minimally processed components, sustainability initiatives, and technologies enabling more functional and convenient food products.
The atmosphere of active exchange and forward-looking discussions underscored FiE’s role as a central hub for technological progress and market insights.
Throughout the three days of the exhibition, the Interstarch team met with numerous partners and potential customers, discussing their production needs and ongoing market trends. At our booth, visitors had the opportunity to learn about our ingredient range, including native and modified starches, vital wheat gluten, gluten-free solutions, as well as our new product – pea starch, developed to meet the growing demand for plant-based and multifunctional ingredients.
