We are looking for a

Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) - Mill

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation of our milling plant and, together with your colleagues, will ensure that our production processes run smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and operating our technical milling plant
  • Controlling and monitoring production processes via the process control system on a PC
  • Identifying and rectifying minor technical faults
  • Carrying out maintenance, cleaning and minor repair work directly within the plant complex
  • Taking samples and analysing intermediate products in the laboratory
  • Monitoring product quality and documenting relevant process data
  • Loading and handling residual materials (bran) in accordance with regulations

What you bring to the role:

  • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a miller / process technician (m/f/d) specialising in milling and cereal processing, an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or in a comparable technical profession
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Knowledge of electronics or electrical engineering would be an advantage
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour shift system (day/night)
  • An independent and structured approach to work
  • Ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • Good self-organisation and professional commitment
