Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)

Successfully completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or comparable, initial management experience desirable
Willingness to work alternating early and mid-morning shifts (time slot 6:00 - 18:00)
Knowledge of storage guidelines and procedures
Technical understanding, valid forklift license
Strong assertiveness, goal orientation, stress resistance, hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills, team orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Proficient in the use of IT systems, SAP knowledge an advantage

Coordination of warehouse processes, organization and optimization of warehouse and material flow processes
Personnel responsibility for approx. 12 warehouse employees, technical and disciplinary management incl. personnel deployment planning
Control and management of stock levels
Planning and carrying out inventories
Monitoring and enforcing work instructions and compliance with work and fire safety regulations
