Interstarch GmbH present its products at Gulfood Manufacturing & Ingredients 2023 in Dubai, UAE
Interstarch GmbH participated within the National German stand at Gulfood Manufacturing & Ingredients 2023, which took place on November 7-9, 2023 in Dubai World Trade Center, UAE.
As the global food and beverage industry moves into a new era characterized by greater stability, sustainability, flexibility and efficiency, 3,000 participants from 80 countries presented thousands of innovations and solutions for the food industry. The exhibition welcomed around 36,000 visitors and included 5 major focus areas: ingredients and additives, processing, packaging, supply chain solutions and automation. Interstarch GmbH presented their line of ingredients for the food and feed purposes like native wheat starch, vital wheat gluten, modified cook-up and pregelatinized wheat and waxy corn starches and a special product – gluten-free wheat starch Allstarch 1550GF.
