Interstarch showcases its ingredient portfolio at IFT FIRST 2025 in Chicago
In July 2025, Interstarch took part in IFT FIRST (Food Improved by Research, Science, and Technology), North America’s premier event dedicated to innovation and science in the food industry. The exhibition, held annually in Chicago, brings together global experts in food technology, manufacturing, and ingredient development.
For several consecutive years, Interstarch has participated in IFT FIRST, and in 2025, the company continued this tradition, reinforcing its growing presence on the North American market. Interstarch presented a broad range of ingredient solutions designed to meet the diverse and evolving needs of food manufacturers across the region. Products featured at the booth included native and modified starches, vital wheat gluten, and gluten-free solutions.
Throughout the event, our team provided expert consultations, highlighting the performance and versatility of the company’s ingredients in applications such as bakery, confectionery, beverages, and gluten-free dietary-specific products.
IFT FIRST is widely recognized as the top scientific and commercial platform in North America for exploring the future of food. The 2025 edition included keynote sessions and expert panels covering topics such as emerging technologies, sustainability, health and nutrition, food safety, and consumer behavior.
