Interstarch took part in Africa Food Manufacturing 2023
FOOD INGREDIENTS AFRICA and ProPak MENA took place on May 28-30, 2023, at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in Cairo, Egypt. Fi Africa is the leading exhibition desk for the food industry and related industries in the Middle East and North Africa region.
This year the event gathered more than 10,000 visitors and more than 350 exhibitors from over 20 countries. The exhibition is dedicated to food and beverages production and processing, wide range of ingredients for the food industry, packaging, logistics, storage, food industry safety.
Interstarch team presented at the exhibition its latest developments in the production of modified wheat and waxy corn starches, pregelatinized wheat starches, gluten-free ingredients as well as native starch and vital wheat gluten.
Within the expo many B2B meetings were held with current and potential business partners of the company, we got know about food industry’s modern trends in the region and presented solutions for using Interstarch products in the food industry.
