Interstarch participated in one of the world largest F&B exhibitions Gulfood Manufacturing 2024 which took place on November 5-7, 2024, in Dubai, UAE.  

The 10th anniversary exhibition gathered in Dubai World Trade Center more than 2,500 exhibitors from 72 countries. Gulfood Manufacturing is the largest and most influential exhibition in food and beverage industry in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. It sets trends in global food preferences and food and beverage production. The current trend is marked by shifting towards consumer customization, food biofortification technologies, smart supply chains, nanotechnology in packaging, investment in supply chain resilience.

Gulfood Manufacturing offers access to the best practices of F&B production optimization to reduce costs, increase productivity and waste minimization. The trade show is a global platform to explore, engage and showcase its products, services and solutions focused on advancing the food industry towards a more sustainable, resistant and efficient future.

Within the show Interstarch exhibited its wide range of ingredients and solutions for the food industry, including native corn and wheat starches, vital wheat gluten, modified, pregelatinized starches and gluten-free wheat starch.
