Interstarch to participate in IFT FIRST 2026

Interstarch will participate in the IFT FIRST Annual Event & Expo 2026, taking place from 13 to 15 July at McCormick Place in Chicago, USA.

As one of the most significant gatherings for food science, technology, and ingredient innovation in North America, the event serves as a key platform for industry professionals to exchange knowledge, explore emerging trends, and foster new business opportunities.

Organized by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), the event attracts thousands of food industry professionals every year, including ingredient suppliers, food manufacturers, researchers, product developers, and business leaders from more than 80 countries. 

IFT FIRST serves as a unique environment where scientific research meets industrial application and where industry stakeholders come together to exchange ideas, discuss emerging trends, and explore future opportunities.
