Interstarch took part in the annual exhibition GULFOOD 2024
Interstarch took part in the 29th annual exhibition GULFOOD 2024, which took place on February 19-23, 2024, in Dubai World Trade Center, UAE.
This year GULFOOD 2024 attracted attention with a bold combination of sustainability and luxury, which changes the general understanding of food industry values and sets new standards for culinary trends.
Retailers and wholesalers, food suppliers, distributors, chefs, technologists and thought leaders from over 190 countries shared best practices and products and explore current trends shaping the future of the food and beverage industry.
Among the products presented by Interstarch at the exhibition were modified starches, wheat gluten and ingredients for gluten-free production.
