Interstarch will take part in one of the largest international exhibitions in the Spanish-speaking world, Alimentaria, scheduled to take place from March 18 to 21, 2024, in Barcelona, Spain.
Alimentaria and Alimentaria FoodTech are the largest international exhibitions for food, beverages, gastronomy, as well as technological solutions, ingredients, and equipment for the food industry in the region.
It is a space where innovations and ingredients converge in the food and beverage production and storage chain.
The exhibition brings together more than 100,000 visitors and about 3,000 exhibitors from 52 countries.
Professionals and opinion leaders from the FMCG, food and beverage production, ingredients for manufacturing, processing, storage, and packaging industries gather here. Global-scale distributors, R&D specialists, and technologists are also well-represented among visitors and exhibitors.
